If I could give more than five stars I would. Having this kind of work done on my house can be very stressful. But with Troy Smith, his staff and team, everything went smoothly. They were prompt, courteous, and thoroughly addressed my questions. Without any reservations, I highly recommend them!
Rude office response is not reason to bash a quality stand up company. Mr. Smith personally comes to inspect any problem or concern you have about their work. They are efficient and clean up is done while they are working. When the job was finished in record breaking time you would not have known the job was doing those 2 days. I’m a Smith but not related. Was lucky to find these guys though. Have had 2 emergency leaks at my business that they were able to patch until the weather got better to be able to fix it. Great service and work done at a fair price. With all the rain we get in Tallahassee having a good roofer is one less thing to worry about.
Did a great job on my roof. They had a large professional crew and got my roof done in two days. Very pleased to leave this review for them and will definitely only use them, or recommend them, again in the future.
