Michael Parsons brings over 20 years of hands-on roofing experience, and Peter Arsuaga, a U.S. Navy submarine veteran, oversees project management and quality control. The company holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1328407 and Certified General Contractor license CGC1533827, and is a certified installer for GAF, CertainTeed, and IKO roofing products. Southeast Roofing & Construction serves residential and commercial clients across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia, with offices in Pensacola and Destin, Florida, and Zebulon, Georgia. Services span roof installation, roof repair, storm damage response, gutter installation, window and door installation, siding, and concrete. They are very professional! They showed up on schedule and worked to protect my home. Removed old shingles, did a couple small repairs and put on a new roof in only two days! The crew worked very hard to clean up my yard and pick up nails. I would highly recommend them if you need their services. Thanks David and all of your staff.
Overall, the experience was a pleasure. From beginning the price was right, scheduling was a breeze and fast, job was completed on time, workmanship passed all inspections, and they cleaned up very well. Excellent, professional service from Mike Parsons and the installation crew. Our roof is high-pitched, standing-seam, 24 gauge Galvalume. The price was competitive, and they finished the job in a week. Thoroughly cleaned the work site at the end of each day. We could not be more pleased.
Had a metal roof installed after Ian which came with a 5 year warranty. Had my roof inspected as i am selling my property. Inspection came back with 2 problems, one of which was workmanship and the other was a possible leak. sent pictures to the company and the response I got was since we had another storm after Ian they were no longer honoring the warranty. Not sure how other roofing companies handle this issue but this one did anything but stand behind their work or product.
