They are very professional! They showed up on schedule and worked to protect my home. Removed old shingles, did a couple small repairs and put on a new roof in only two days! When I needed a new roof, Southeast Roofing & Construction had the most competitive pricing. Territory Manager Cody came to explain what would be involved in a very professional manner. Southeast Roofing came within a fortnight and their team of roofers did an excellent job removing the old roof and replacing it with the newly selected shingles. The crew came early in the day and worked until well after normal hours. Since I like to go barefoot in my yard, I appreciated especially the fact that they removed any roofing nails from around the house. The new shingles Cody helped me pick really make the house pop out. Over all, I was very satisfied with how Southeast Roofing & Construction replaced my roof. I will certainly consider Southeaster Roofing and Construction when I will need a new roof.

Had a metal roof installed after Ian which came with a 5 year warranty. Had my roof inspected as i am selling my property. Inspection came back with 2 problems, one of which was workmanship and the other was a possible leak. sent pictures to the company and the response I got was since we had another storm after Ian they were no longer honoring the warranty. Not sure how other roofing companies handle this issue but this one did anything but stand behind their work or product.

Overall, the experience was a pleasure. From beginning the price was right, scheduling was a breeze and fast, job was completed on time, workmanship passed all inspections, and they cleaned up very well.
