5/5 Stars – True Service After the Sale! They Honor Their Work Years Later. I am incredibly impressed with Southern Pro Roofing. They originally installed my roof back in 2018, and it has been great. Recently, I noticed an active leak and called them up to see what could be done. Honored the Warranty: Instead of giving me the runaround or making excuses because the installation was years ago, they stood behind their work immediately.Prompt Response: They took the leak seriously, scheduling a technician to come out and inspect the issue right away.Expert Repair: The repair crew identified the source of the problem quickly and fixed it properly, stopping the active leak in its tracks.It is easy for a company to be nice when they are trying to sell you a new roof, but the real test is how they treat you years down the road. Southern Pro has proven that their customer service doesn't end when the project is paid for. Highly recommended! P.S. Kiara, who answers the phone and does the scheduling, is amazing! She made the whole coordination process incredibly easy and stress-free.

Amazing job on our new roof! Gabe understood when we had to delay our install, there was no pressure. Their initial presentation covered all our questions, and estimate was very reasonable (unlike 2 other companies we got bids from). When we were ready to get it done, they responded immediately and got it done within days of our HOA approval. Highly recommend Southern Pro!

Gabe was incredibly helpful and responsive, getting a crew out to our house to replace the roof very quickly. The team was professional, respectful, and thorough from setup to cleanup. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. I would absolutely recommend Southern Pro!

The folks at Southern Pro did a great job from beginning to end. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company. The crew that tore off the old shingles (all in one day) were hard working and pleasant. Southern Pro worked with my insurance company to insure that the gutters and downspouts were of the same quality that I had. Kiara in the home office was a pleasure to work with - keeping me up to date all the way through.
