Southland Contracting

I know the West Side of town does not take priority to other areas of Valdosta, but when you bid on a project for the city of Valdosta it would be nice to make it some sort of priority to finish for the community of residents in that area. I speak on behalf of my neighborhood when I say I understand that the job had unforseen tasks that were not visible or understood when signing up for this job, BUT our tax dollars are paying you for this job. We cannot be upset or even get frustrated when yall are working and rerouting us so that the job can get done, BUT when busses and residents are rerouted and cannot use the roads and NO Work at all is done for long periods of time, that is frustrating as a tax payer and resident of the West Side. I hope that the City of Valdosta will take this into consideration when this company bids on another project. The task may be tedious and challenging, but it won't be over if no one is ever working on it and you are out doing other jobs in other areas of town.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. They kept in constant contact with me updating me every step of the way. I have attached before, during and after photos of the project.

Could not rave about Frank and the workers who did our driveway more. It looks amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Frank and his employees are about as good as you can get! They are all very professional, courteous, and very conscientious about the work they produce. We recently had a driveway and pad installed with millings and it turned out better than we expected. Hands down great company to work with!
