The Rowe family has been continuously active in the commercial roofing business since 1974. Ruben Rufus Rowe III holds the company's Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1326326). The corporate entity Southland Rowe Roofing was established in 2004 to separate roofing operations from the broader construction arm, Southland Contracting The company is GAF certified and is recognized as a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association. Southland Rowe Roofing handles residential and commercial roofing including asphalt shingles, tile, and metal roofing systems, re-roofs, repairs, and maintenance, and maintains the largest commercial roofing division in North Florida.

We had the pleasure of working with John. It all started with a leak at the fireplace chimney. I called them the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. John came out that day to see what they needed to do to fix the problem. He had his crew out the next day. The day before Thanksgiving. We knew we needed a new roof as ours was 11 years old. We asked John for an estimate and they gave us a really good price. Their crew was professional, did a good job and was very respectful of the property. I would recommend to anyone.
