I would highly recommend Spaffords for all your home improvement needs. They did quality work transforming our kitchen and bath into beautiful stylish spaces. Since we lived out of state while having the work done they were very easy to communicate with, sharing pictures and keeping in touch. We trusted them fully throughout the process. You will not be disappointed!

Eric and his crews were fabulous! Very open and responsive with their communication. Work ethic and concern about quality were superb. I could not be happier with their work and end result. I especially appreciated their "Can DO" attitude. Any of my future jobs will be with them. I had them remove an old screen room and make it into a Florida room full of windows, new roof material keeps that room cool, Love it, more importantly, my wife loves it!!. I have used Spattford Construction for multiple remodeling projects of my properties over the past 15 + years. In my experience they are the best ! Reasonable, reliable, timely and very neat with each and every project. I will continue to use Spattford without any hesitation.

Spafford's Construction & Remodeling did a fantastic job repairing my bathroom after a long-term leak caused water damage and mold. They removed and replaced flooring and drywall, treated the mold, painted, then tiled the floor. Bob did a spotless job replacing drywall. You can't tell any work has been done. Keith also did a fabulous job with the tile. It looks fantastic and is perfectly level. Eric and his crew were all courteous and on time. They showed up when they said they would and returned calls in a timely manner. They cleaned up every day. It took them less than a week to complete the job. I'm extremely happy with the end result.

Spaffords Construction is outstanding. In every discipline. From Eric, to his office manager and all 5 of his craftsmen. Eric is a man of his word. He strives for a 5-star rating and his company certainly deserves it. He was straight up on how long it would take for the products to arrive, to installation being done within 5-7 days of product pickup. Sherri the office manager was fantastic as well in coordinating the needed paperwork. And the guys . . . . Fantastic! I told Eric what are the odds that you could have 5 great workers who are professional, highly knowledgeable, and gentlemen as well! They provide quality workmanship, quality products. And they are very timely and very communicative on when they will arrive the following work day and also in explaining the process. We had a total of 15 windows, 1 door, and 1 slider installed. I am "over the moon" with the final result. I love our rooms! Thursday 25 Jan 2024: Additional assistance: I had a few very minor issues: 1) The city needed to send another inspector out for 2 of the windows, which were marked final approval May 2023. They need photos or an inspector visit. Madison was sent out and double checked that all needed screws were set. The inspector came out the next day and signed off. 2) I had been having a minor issue with the lock on our new slider door installed last May. Madison worked with that and it is fixed, working great. 3) He did some very minor spackling on 2 corners of the Lanai. I keep the room climatized with A/C and a portable heater as the room never had air ducts installed. 4) I needed advice on what type of weatherstripping for our front entrance door (older from 1991). Madison graciously took his time answering all my questions, did the minor repairs and as always was very courteous and professional. I am over the moon with this company. They are all a class act, from Eric, to his office manager to all of his crew! I will definitely hire them for my next major remodel.
