Terrific service and selection. They removed a 25 year old metal roof on a commercial building, replaced all the worn base wood, added in needed cross members, covered the whole thing with new wood deck that wasn’t previously used but was needed. Then added an excellent new metal roof that was a perfect choice for our needs. 18,000 sq ft of new metal roof that was formed on site, and all the necessary prerequisites to support it, including the demolition of the old roof, in the span of about a week, without disrupting the existing business. Can’t say enough about the quality of the product and the people, especially Jon Miller, and all the guys tearing up the old and putting in the new.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. The process was fast and efficient. The materials arrived on Friday and the new roof was done by Tuesday with the project manager at my house first thing on Wednesday to do the final inspection and clean up. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Specialty Roofers replaced my roof a couple of months ago and I could not be happier! They protected the underlayment from audden showers by removing the old roofing in sections and applying the barrier to those sections before removing other sections - a big concern for me! The crew was courteous, knowledgable, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need roofing work done. They did a spectacular job for me!
