Terrific service and selection. They removed a 25 year old metal roof on a commercial building, replaced all the worn base wood, added in needed cross members, covered the whole thing with new wood deck that wasn’t previously used but was needed. Then added an excellent new metal roof that was a perfect choice for our needs. 18,000 sq ft of new metal roof that was formed on site, and all the necessary prerequisites to support it, including the demolition of the old roof, in the span of about a week, without disrupting the existing business. Can’t say enough about the quality of the product and the people, especially Jon Miller, and all the guys tearing up the old and putting in the new.

I worked with Jon Miller and specialty roof numerous times for personal needs and multiple times for installing new roofs for our real estate clients who have needed a roof replaced. They gave a formal estimate with materials, cost, options and time line. They always met the time line for their scheduling unless it was due to weather conditions. Their prices have been less or very competitive with other quality roofers. Thus far, there have been no failures. They also took pictures and provided a new 4 point and wind mitigation for the homeowner to submit to their insurance company. They have also done superior and affordable gutters. For months afterward, his team searched tirelessly to find matching replacement tiles. Our original roof had both smooth and textured tiles, which made this no easy task — but Jon didn’t give up. Eventually, they located tiles from the same manufacturer all the way in Colorado. Since those tiles were either all smooth or all textured, Jon’s team painted them to perfectly match our existing roof. What really impressed us was their attention to detail: the damaged area was on the side facing the golf course, so they carefully moved matching tiles from the non-visible side to the visible side, ensuring it looked 100% consistent. Throughout the entire process, Jon was transparent, professional, and a true expert at what he does. Specialty Roofers is a first-class company that treats you like family. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. The process was fast and efficient. The materials arrived on Friday and the new roof was done by Tuesday with the project manager at my house first thing on Wednesday to do the final inspection and clean up. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
