What a refreshing experience in dealing with contractors! Easy to work with. Clear communication throughout process. Fixed other contractors mistakes as part of the job. Crew is respectful of property and unlike other trades that worked on the properly they cleaned the job site daily prior to leaving. Cannot say enough good things about this team! If you need any type of roofing do not hesitate using them. Icing on the cake is pricing is very competitive. Outstanding quality for a fair price.

We had a full re-roof done in 03'19 converting from typical asphalt shingles to Spilker's made-on-site standing seam aluminum roof. The materials used and installatiion methods (stainless fasteners for example) for this redo have been excellent. Spilkers' construction workmanship was outstanding. Why I'm posting this is even more important. While doing some other remodeling and in 03'26 we found some leaking taking place near a complex compound seam by our fireplace. I called Spilker up and they sent a person out right away... he resealed the interface and all is good as proven by some torrential rains following. I just have to give a shout out to a company that stands behind their product literally years afterwards and our roof looks amazing even after 7 full years of ownership. Thank you Spilker for your outstanding commitment to service. I don't write many reviews but this company deserves your consideration.

Outstanding work, the roof looks great and is top of the line. The crew was courteous and clean and did a great job of cleaning up every evening before they left for the day. Our roof went up faster than other roofs in our neighborhood. These guys really know what they are doing! Being a licensed roofer, their estimate was spot on and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end. Definitely recommend.
