Springer Roofing

RUN, don't walk away from these guys. I have been repairing leaks after he abandoned my whole house re-roof job mid way. Steven Springer, the owner, just left the job one day midway through completion and refused to return calls. He didnt even have the nerve to talk on the phone, just ghosted the job after receiving a large payment. I had to change contractors, it was a mess. It wouldnt have been as bad if the work that he did do was decent, but it leaked and damaged interior drywall. Anyway, stay away!!

Springer roofing did my roof just before Covid. Roof had multiple leaks a year later. They came out and patched the leaks. 6 years later the flat roof is now leaking. They have an answering service and don’t call back. I have tried 4 times. The owners cell number goes straight to voicemail every time with no return calls either. Do not use this company. Very poor workmanship and customer service is just as bad.

Terrible! We used Springer to install a new roof on our home in 2019, they advised us it has a 10 year warranty. In 2021 the roof has 2 leaks, after many calls/ text and email Springer did send out a 2 man team to look at the issue, they checked and asked if we had the spare tiles they left during install, we do have them. They advised they would return shortly, they never returned. After dozens of calls / text and email, I decided to sue them. I had to file a small claims lawsuit & won a judgement against Springer to recoup the money I had to spend to have another company fix the leaking new roof. The warranty is not worth anything! Be advised & be warned.

We are so happy with our roof! My friend had her roof done with them and recommended them after her great experience. Their prices are affordable, especially after what other roofers were charging after Irma. Mr. Springer is a caring owner who is available for his customers. I would recommend Springer Roofing a 100% to anyone who wants a good job done on their roof for a reasonable price!!

Springer Roofing was the best decision I made for my roofing project. They were professional, always on time, responsive, and even completed the project ahead of the deadline. John was a pleasure to work with and extremely trustworthy. He handled everything from start to finish. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Springer Roofing.
