Stephen’s Roofing is a fantastic and professional company. Couldn’t give them a higher recommendation. Very pleased with the work done on this challenging metal roof replacement. Olivia and Gabriella in the office were always helpful and professional. Diego, who was the lead roof installer, has extreme attention to detail and cut no corners. My initial interaction with Brian gave me the confidence to move forward with Stephen’s and Cash even did some extra paint work at the very end. My roof was leaking in several spots. I had three companies come out to asses the damage and give me a quote. Two of these companies sent someone dressed in khakis and polo shirts (essentially salesmen) and never actually set foot on my roof while quoting me thousands of dollars in repairs. Zane with Stephens roofing showed up in jeans, work boots and a company T-shirt like he had just left a jobsite to come help me out. Zane was the ONLY one to actually go up on the roof to find out the cause of the leaks. Zane took the time to make a proper assessment and gave me a reasonable quote to repair the roof, providing pictures and details of the damage, which I greatly appreciated. I can't stress enough how satisfied I was with his determination to find the true cause of the leaks, make a proper assessment and provide me with a quote that made sense. He seemed to genuinely care about my situation and was happy to help in any way he could. I cannot recommend Stephens Roofing enough. Please look them up if you need anything related to roofing or remodeling. 💯

I want to express my extreme satisfaction with Stephens roofing and their associate Zane. I was originally estimated $650, but because of slight overhead cost the bid came back at $750. Zane honored the $650 which was very admirable. Once the job was completed, the company went above and beyond repairing and gluing extra singles that weren’t in the original contract. It’s difficult to find customer service to this degree this day and age.

I can't say enough about how professional and hard working the people are who work for this company. They sent someone out originally and gave us an estimate. We got other estimates, but we were so impressed with the knowledge level of the estimator, Matt, that we chose them. We are very glad we did. They came to drop off materials the day before and used a conveyor belt boom to load everything up onto the roof. The next day, they were out early at 7:00 covering up all of the plants in the flower beds with tarps. I had many hundreds of dollars in landscaping plants and they all survived! They finished the roof in a single day with a 4 man team. About halfway through, another person arrived to take notes and make sure nothing was getting damaged. While they were finishing up, an extra person came about 2 hours near the end and started cleanup on the ground. He was very careful to use magnets to pick up nails and he used a leaf blower to clean off all concrete surfaces. They took great care with our property and our roof. It has never looked better and we so appreciate the great job they did. We just want to thank everyone that we worked with. Today the post installation inspector will come to finalize the installation. This company provides nothing but perfection. We are just so grateful for finding such a great company.

Zane is very friendly and very professional. He came at 8am was on time and very good helping us with our needs.Gave us a good estimate for our repairs. I would recommend steven roofing to anyone needs roofing work.
