Sterling roofing is awesome, very professional and prompt service. Melissa in the office is great to work with and when Danny came to our house was also outstanding. I highly recommend Sterling Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs or a brand new roof.
Sterling installed the roof on my new home in 2018. Since then they have been out 3 times to attempt a fix for a leak. I’ve received several different versions of why the leak continues. The leak has caused dame to the structure, trusses, and sheet rock on the ceiling. They seem to have finally fixed the leak but are refusing to repair the damage caused by the leak. I tried calling the office but Melissa told me that they are not responsible. I asked for a manager and she told me Matt said they are not responsible. Matt will not get on the phone or return my calls. I am still pursuing this with an advocate but I would be very cautious about doing business with a company like this.
I have come to know the owner and the manager very well over the years and they only will do quality work. They don’t put up with half assed work and if anything does happen to go wrong, they are the first ones to jump on it and make it right. Absolutely great company and I will never not use them.
Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. They were supposed to show up to fix a warranty issue that I had with the builder. I asked Melissa to have the roofer tell me when he showed up. I thought it was odd that the next day I didn't hear anything, so I assume the roofer didn't come to my house. When I called and spoke with Melissa, I said that nobody showed up but she said that the roofer did. I said I have cameras that indicated nobody was parked out front of my house at the time she said he came. She said the report was given to her by the roofer. Funny how cameras don't lie but people do. The builder paid Sterling but didn't do the job. I will be fixing my roof with a reliable roofer.
