Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of care for protecting property during roofing projects. I had a brand-new Italian Cypress installed just two months before the roofing work began. Prior to the crew’s arrival, I even placed clear signs indicating areas requiring extra caution: The fountain The Cypress Despite these precautions, the Cypress was completely destroyed by the second day of work. There was zero consideration for property outside the scope of their roofing job. When I raised the issue, communication was dismissive. They sent someone to “inspect” the tree—someone specializing in construction, not arboriculture. That makes no sense. Next time, I’ll have my arborist inspect their roofing work if that’s the standard they follow. I have photos documenting their negligence and only asked for reimbursement for the cost of replacing the tree. You can clearly see how full and vibrant the tree was prior to the work beginning.
I had an excellent experience with Stonebridge Roofing from start to finish. My main contact, Ray Walters, was fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and truly professional. Ray and the entire Stonebridge team were extremely efficient, well-organized, and respectful of my time and property throughout the entire process. The work was completed exactly as promised, with great attention to detail and clear communication every step of the way. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in their workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Stonebridge Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high quality roofing work.
A balcony rebuild and flashing installation failure by Stonebridge has continued to cause water intrusion, cracked stucco and structural damage to our home. We have patiently and politely worked with Stonebridge since 2020 but after 5+ years and multiple attempts at repair Stonebridge has failed to resolve the problem resulting in wasted time, energy and continued damage. Each time a water intrusion issue was visible to us over the last 5 years we immediately shared our concerns with Stonebridge and each time they provided a different reason or excuse. On one of our discussions we were told by Brian Vick President & CEO of Stonebridge “I did review your pictures and I do not have any concerns here. Stucco will crack throughout the curing process, that is the nature of the product, what prevents the water intrusion is the WRB (water resistant barrier) and the water shedding application of how the WRB was installed. The issue we found with the original warranty claim was not the stucco but the WRB misapplication and when the stucco warranty work was redone the WRB was corrected.” As you can see from the photos attached the repair failed and the damage continues. The balcony showed signs of water damage less than 9 months after being rebuilt & each attempt at repair has failed to resolve the issue. The website for Stonebridge states “our dedicated local experts committed to protecting and enhancing your most valuable asset - your home…we understand the unique challenges our Florida weather presents. Our team of highly skilled contractors specializes in providing durable, high-quality solutions designed to withstand the elements and provide lasting peace of mind…and a commitment to superior craftsmanship.” Stonebridge has not protected or enhanced our home - quite the opposite. Our balcony has not withstood the elements and by no means has it provided peace of mind - instead this has been a time consuming, stressful and expensive experience. We have documented these issues through photos, videos, emails, text messages & voicemails. Attached are a few photos to show examples of the damage and workmanship. Photo 1 on this review was taken less than 18 months after the most recent repair attempt clearly showing that water intrusion is continuing as it has for the last 5+ years and that the repair work did not resolve the problem. The next 2 photos shows the flashing which when installed properly should direct water away from the stucco however as you can see in the photos attached there is a large gap between the flashing (dark brown) and stucco (beige) that allows the water to run off of the balcony directly behind the stucco causing extensive water intrusion. Even though we have asked repeatedly, Stonebridge has refused to reinstall the flashing correctly resulting in extensive water damage. We had hoped that Stonebridge would honor its commitment to quality work and customer service but to date they have not. Update - while the response from Stonebridge to our review appears to show concern we still have not been contacted by Stonebridge directly. A nice response doesn't fix the damage.
Great workmanship, great value, very professional, and great company. My roof was done in 2 days, and it looks great. This is the second roof I've had Stonebridge construct on my investment properties. They are the best! FOLLOW-UP REVIEW: In August 2023, I used Stonebridge to install a roof on my most recent investment property. This was my third time using them. Unfortunately, it seems that the company has changed. There was no follow-up communication from my salesperson, Michael Howard. I attempted to contact him many times about important matters concerning the roof with no reply. Then, when it was time to pay, he did contact me to tell me his quoted price had gone up by $420. I felt slighted once again because initially, I had received a quote from another company that was $500. less than his, but went with Stonebridge because of the past two successful projects. On my previous two roofs, everything was great, but now it seems profits have been put over customer satisfaction.
Stonebridge Roofing, Energy and Exteriors did an excellent job from beginning to end. As a local realtor, I need dependable companies I can confidently recommend to homeowners, and Stonebridge has proven to be one of them. Their team was professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly, helped me understand the best options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail. The final result was clean, solid, and clearly high-quality work. I also appreciated how responsive and friendly their customer service team was—they made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt supported throughout the project. Overall, Stonebridge delivered great service, strong workmanship, and an experience I felt good about. I will continue recommending them to clients, friends, and anyone who needs reliable roofing or exterior work.
