From the very first point of contact, communication was not just great, it was fast, clear, and incredibly easy to work with. There was no chasing or waiting around; Mac showed up the very next day to evaluate the damage, which was a huge relief. What truly sets them apart is their speed and efficiency. Mac was not only able to evaluate the issue but also complete the entire repair on the spot, the same day he assessed it. Their professionalism and dedication saved us time and stress. We were scheduled to have a solar system installed. The installer went into our attic to inspect where the conduits would run and noticed leak damage and a broken support truss. We discussed options and decided it would be best to have both repaired. I called Storm Roofing and Repair who gave me an estimate Wednesday morning, scheduled for the following Wednesday to repair. Since we were on a timeline for the solar install, I asked if there was anything that could be done to accelerate the timeline. They were very understanding and said they could try to get someone out Friday afternoon for the leak repair and Monday for the truss repair. First thing Friday morning my doorbell rings - Storm Roofing and Repair. They had both issues fixed by 11:30am. Great people, quality service and customer focused!

Jackie and Mike are amazing. I called Wednesday needing a shingle repair - very small job - for my insurance company and was under a deadline. Storm Roofing was recommended and I called and Mike answered immediately and then he arranged to get my house in the schedule for the very next day and now on Friday I have a repaired shingle, photos and the cost was very fair. I definitely adding Storm Roofing and Repair to your contacts and call them any time you need your roof cared for.

They came out promptly and showed up on time and ready to help! They found some caulking that had peeled back and did the repair on the spot. Highly recommend them if you have an issue with your roof!

We enjoyed an excellent experience with Storm Roofing and Repair through the following process on our home which we recently moved into: - clear and concise communication with the front desk staff to arrange an estimate for a “roof repair tune-up and pressure wash”. - James, the owner, the next morning arrived to do the inspection and estimate. He saw no concerns with respects to tile damage after thorough inspection and didn’t push for anything unnecessary…which I appreciated. - The pressure wash was done a few days later as scheduled… no chemicals used as we wanted. It was done very well through the AM hours. They left the job with a perfect clean up. Highly recommend this company!
