Structural Restoration

Liked having these guys on my job. Shawn arrived on time for the estimate. I had uncovered some rotten wood on my foundation, (1946 home, wood frame with limited crawl space ). He wouldn't fit in my crawl space, we decided he would come back with a smaller tech who could fit. They arrived on time, his tech went under with a camera. The pictures allowed Shawn to determine the damage (soft or deteriorated wood) was limited to a few areas of the sill plate and the rim joist and could be repaired with out having to raise the whole house. What a relief! He prepared an estimate for the solution he offered, I accepted and a schedule was put in place. He and the 3 man crew arrived on time and got right to work, Alonzo, Reese and John were efficient and thorough. When they finished 2 days later my foundation was a good as new. I uncovered another area on opposite side of the house not included in the original estimate, Shawn had the team address that as well. This fix really allowed the guys to get creative and do some carpentry, not foreseen but they got right down to it and resolved that issue as well. The experience I had with this company was fantastic, couldn't be happier! These guys do much more complex projects than mine, they approach every job with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail as they did at my home. I highly recommend this company.

I needed repairs to a cracked decorative concrete column and outside wall behind it where a past water leak had rotted the wooden sheathing and studs behind the stucco wall and column. Shawn and his people handled all facets of the repair including coordinating a supplier who remade the decorative column. The repaired wall and column look original as the stucco texture matches the original wall and the repainted area matches the original color - like it never happened! While we were at it, a poorly designed support beam was repaired with an engineered solution. This is the advantage of using a construction company that can handle major civil engineering work - relatively small items like this are easy for them where others might be clueless.

I had my balconies serviced by SRI, which included significant structural work to replace the main second floor supports and rebuild the structure of the balconies. Once that was done, SRI installed a solid surface on both balconies and replaced the old railings for both balconies. The project was complex from an engineering and permitting perspective. While the project was ongoing for some time, every day the team left the job site clean, safe and secure as we stayed in the house during the entire project. Shawn was excellent, kept me informed on all the details and constantly checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. I would definitely use SRI again, and am now enjoying our back front balconies and entertainment areas with new beauty!
