We had a nightmare experience with our previous contractor and once we spoke to Jason and Brian, we knew they would be able to deliver. In fact, they exceeded our expectations. Everyone on their team was extremely professional, the quality and details of their work were extraordinary. We wish we had used them earlier. Words can’t justify the gratitude and happiness our family has for Summit being able to get us back into our Home !

You know what makes a good company? Focusing on the greater good beyond just financial results. It’s when a business goes the extra mile for a customer simply because it’s the right thing to do. Those are the companies I choose to support. Summit installed my roof and reused the existing vents. Little did we know at the time, those vents were not up to code. I later began having heating issues with my dryer, and when the local Fire Captain checked, he discovered the vent was a fire hazard because it wasn’t up to code. It should have been replaced when the new roof was installed. I contacted the company, and Jason, the owner, stepped up and took responsibility. He could have easily ignored the situation or brushed it off, but instead he stood by his company’s work and fixed the problem promptly. He chose to do the right thing—support his customer, stand by his work, and ensure our safety. I highly recommend Summit and will continue to use companies that put people first and do what’s right, not just what’s required. Jason and his team were truly great to work with!

As far as a company Summit exteriors is a great choice meant to deal with. Mikael walked us through the steps from inspection to finish product. Mikael was always there to let us know where they were as far as when the project would start and when they expected to be done. Honesty and professionalism is what this company brings. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Summit Exteriors based on a recommendation by a friend and neighbor that had recently used their services. I was given contact information for Mikal Flores, an account manager for Summit. From my first correspondence, to the completion of my roof(s), he was very polite, professional and punctual. He was always available for any questions or concerns that I had and made sure that customer service was a top priority. I enjoyed the fact that he was easy to converse with, not only about roofing but general conversation as well. At the end of the day, the facts of how polite, professional and punctual he was, combined with the detailed work performed by Mikal and team, I would highly recommend Summit Exteriors and Mikal Flores.

Summit did a fantastic job! They were professional, courteous and had great customer service. They helped me with the insurance company and then jumped right on the project once it came through. Quality looks great. Just stood up to a massive thunderstorm the next day. Mikal and Ben were both extremely helpful and informative in particular!
