Suncastle Roofing

I got Suncastle's number from a neighbor a couple of days after Milton. I had a number of shingles that had come off my 10 year old roof. The same day I called Alex, he came out to inspect and gave me an estimate to fix the roof, and an estimate for a new roof. Because we had some damage already from Ian, we decided on a new roof. Alex, Victor and the crew replaced my roof within 3 days! (Including waiting for the Inspector). I got an upgraded roof for a great price and the whole gang was great to work with. Alex was very responsive and Danielle was very helpful in the office, relaying information! I would definitely recommend Suncastle Roofing for your roof repair or replacement!

I have to say, if I can give Suncastle a 10 star review... I would. When it was time to replace our roof, we first asked multiple neighbors who had their roofs replaced about their experience. We called several companies only a few responded. Alex from Suncastle came to our house that day. We decided on Suncastle as they had the best quote and was highly recommended by one neighbor. They started to prep the next day. I was amazed the whole job was finished in 1 day. The whole Suncastle team was focused on the task at hand. From people taking off the old shingles to the people laying tarps around my house. The job manager came the next day to inspect the work as well as the clean up. He did the necessary films to close the permit as well. The team even replaced weakened boards that would cause future issues. Several days later we had our first rain. It was the first time since we owned the house, which was over 10 years that we couldn't hear the rain pitter on the roof. I can't highly recommend this team enough. We've had multiple neighbors also compliment on the great job Suncastle did on our roof. We couldn't be happier!!!

Tenant notified us that rainwater from a recent tropical downpour was dripping from the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom of our 2 story office building. Did a quick Google search and found Suncastle, based less than a mile from our building. Gave them a jingle and they were on site in 30 minutes! Further investigation determined daylight showing adjacent the vent stack penetration above the aforementioned bathroom along with about 30 square feet of rotted plywood decking above the Break Room --the only other vent stack in the building. It was apparently leaking for some time, but not affecting the interior, yet. Bottom line: Alex and crew patched the leaking stack within two hours of our meeting and shot me a bid for a proper repair of the rot. I agreed to his estimate, gave him a down payment and POOF! The major repairs were completed within 3 days. Because it is a two story building, they even took before, during restoration, and finished product photos form our review. Very professional. On time and within budget. Hope we don't need them again, but will keep their number on file. Highly recommend.

We used Suncastle to replace our old roof that had hurricane damage. I have to say the owner and workers are top notch!! The whole process has been professional and seamless. What really sets them apart is that protective barriers were placed around the building during construction. After completing, I did a walk around to ensure roofing nails were not present that could damage tires. To my amazement everything was SPOTLESS!! Suncastle is a CLASS-ACT!!! Thank you :)
