Very happy and will recommend. I am a Realtor and roof problems go hand in hand with my job. It is so challenging and frustrating to get an HONEST opinion these days. Everyone just wants to do a whole replacement. I needed a second opinion on a new roof that had a minor issue that needed further evaluation. The first roofer said the whole roof needed replacement. But Jason, literally said this roof has plenty of life left on it, and the repair that was done, was done properly. He didn’t charge my client a dime. I will refer him to others in the future and will use him again. Oh and did I mention that I time was of the essence, because our inspection “due diligence period” was almost up. Jason dropped everything and helped me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the third time we’ve used Suncoast in the 12 years that we’ve lived here. The first two were for minor repairs on our home. This week we contracted them to remove and replace the roof on our dock/boathouse. On all occasions, the crew showed up on time, was well prepared, trained, neat, and professional. Should the need arise we will use them again.

Danny and his Team replaced my roof, they did an exceptional job from start to finish….they were very professional, showed up early and when they said they would, they worked hard to make sure the roof was installed properly with care, they covered the landscape and areas of the house to protect it from debri, before they left they cleaned up any debri, then Danny did another walk around the property to make sure it was completed and cleaned to his standards…excellent care of my home while doing an exceptional job! It's true we know the owners of the company, but still the work we had done last fall after the hurricanes and more recently was done in very short order and the pricing was just below our own estimate. We've given them kudos on all of the social groups we belong to, and now on here.
