David Came out and inspected my in-laws roof and gave them a fair price for a new one. Suncoast Roofing recently completed a replacement of our 34 year old concrete tile roof. The project was completed on schedule and according to the terms of the agreement -- there were no "surprises". Suncoast uses their own employees and the workmanship is of exceptional quality. One nice point of difference was that they communicated in advance to all of our neighbors informing them of the project and providing contact information in the event of logistical concerns. We were recommended to Suncoast by the guys who came to fix our gutters. Doug came out the same day I called and inspected our roof, he recommended a solution based on the hours taken to perform the repair. The repair went well and the price was close to expected. There were a couple of minor problems - I sent photos and they were fixed promptly. We were very happy with the guys who did the work, so 5 stars and I'm happy to recommend them.

When seeking multiple quotes for tile roof replacement, Suncoast Roofing was one company I met with and Doug worked with me on the price and contract plus provided references. I hired them to do my tile roof several years ago. I selected the tile and they were able to get it installed with professional and knowledgeable team and a timely manner and they cleaned up along the way. They used good quality laments and other materials and I was happy with the job and work that their team did. I would recommend you consider them. There are many companies out there that did not follow up during the process so part of my decision was based upon cost and the follow-up which was excellent. Since my roof was replaced, I had to call for help after a storm for service and they were prompt to come out to check things and it was not roof leak related and they were able to diagnose and I had another window specialist come fix it.
