I’m a returning customer, and once again Sunrise Roofing truly impressed me. This time, Kelvin and his team went above and beyond. We had a roof leak, and Kelvin (Roofing Specialist) and his coworker conducted a professional inspection of both the roof and the attic. They quickly identified the source of the leak and scheduled the repair within the same week. On the repair day, Kelvin was on-site and followed through the entire process from start to finish. His team not only completed the scoped repair work with high quality, but also went the extra mile by fixing additional issues left by the original builder—ensuring the leak would not happen again. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. They also proactively inspected other areas of the roof, checking for popped nails and loose shingles. I’m very impressed with their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

We're purchasing a home and the sellers had the roof replaced by this company. They cut one of the wood pieces to small and instead of fixing it and cutting a new piece with the correct sizing they took a piece of shingle and caulked it all over the part that was cut to small as a patch job. We had the sellers request them to come out and fix it properly and the roofing company refused saying it was "fine". Very disappointing and unacceptable for a company who's motto is "Rising above expectations". Not in this case.
