Excellent work replacing the roof of my detached garage today. Larry's communication and follow-through were exceptional and the work was high-quality and quick. He took pictures and informed me of the progress throughout, and the quote was fairly priced and held no surprises when the work was completed. His team was also respectful of my property and left it cleaner than it started. I'd highly recommend Sunshine State Roofing in a heartbeat and am already planning my next project with them because I was so impressed with their pricing, work ethic, courtesy, and end product.

I reached out to Sunshine State Roofing about a roof leak. Larry immediately gave me a date and time when they could come by and kept in contact with me through the entire process. The workers even made it to my house early! They assessed the problem and showed me photos of the damages before they started working and when they were completed. Very helpful and professional. So pleased with the work they did and the great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Got Larry’s recommendation from my home inspector. Larry got back to me immediately, sent over his guy and looked over the inspection report and also saw a few other minor issues. Th price was reasonable and didn’t try to go through insurance or anything. He mentioned that the repair was minor and not worth it, didn’t try to upsell anything like other contractors that said the whole roof needed replacement or a majority of the roof needed it at least. Absolute Perfection from Start to Finish ! Getting a new roof is a massive decision, but Larry and the team at Sunshine Roofing made the entire experience flawless. Working with them right here in Clermont, FL was an absolute pleasure. From our very first meeting, Larry was nothing short of amazing. Everyone in my family wanted a different color metal roof, which could have been stressful, but Larry and his sister went completely out of their way to help us. They sent me addresses and pictures of all the different color options already installed around Clermont so we could drive by and see them in person before deciding. Larry patiently took all the time I needed to ensure I felt completely confident. My favorite part of the process was a car analogy he used to help me understand our options. He explained that a modest everyday car and a Rolls-Royce will both get you to the exact same destination; it just comes down to how much money you want to spend. I deeply respected that he never tried to oversell me. In fact, he did the exact opposite by keeping my family's budget and practical needs in mind. The installation crew was equally phenomenal. They worked fast and efficiently, finishing the entire job exactly on time. They were incredibly respectful of our property and made sure to keep the yard extremely tidy and clean throughout the process. To top it all off, they even took extra time to help me out with a few small, unrelated repairs that I needed around the house. Every single day when I come home, I look up at my beautiful new metal roof and smile.
