Stay as far away from any business having to do with Darren Martini! This dude has started many of these fly-by-night business. Takes your deposits, barely starts and then closes down his businesses. We responded to an ad he ran in the Island Sun News for one of his companies called Martinis Painting, Inc. We signed a contract with him through his son in law for $19K worth of painting for our home in Sanibel. Took the deposit plus some more than went out of business. Shut his website down. His workers told us he was doing real estate now. I do not recommend this company for any jobs. Before job is started payment is requested. Management does not follow up on jobs or advise'. I had asked for a breakdown on my work: cost of equipment, material cost and labor. I need this for my insurance and taxes. This request was refused. It took a long time to complete the work. It took way too long to get our addition completed. I believe this company operates from check to check. would suggest another company if you don't want to deal with stress. DID NOT STAND BY OR DO WARRANTY WORK. NOW THEY ARE BELLY UP AND WE ARE STUCK WITH A LEAKING ROOF!!!! NO WAY TO GET RECOURSE..................THERE REALLY SHOULD BE A LAW TO PROTECT THE CONSUMER. DARREN HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?
Beware! This company takes advantage of the elderly and wanted to charge $300+ just to come out and give an estimate. My advice would be to take your business elsewhere.
