Our Dream Home!!!..... I am writing to provide a comprehensive review of Talon Home Builder’s services for the construction of our new custom home. As the project involved a significant investment, we believe detailed feedback is valuable for both Talon and also prospective clients. Our experience with the project involved several key aspects: • Quality of Construction: The final product is a testament to the high standard of craftsmanship. The attention to detail in the entire home- inside and out, structural integrity, bespoke finishes, unique architectural elements is exceptional. •Project Management: Foster the Project Manager, demonstrated strong leadership, ensuring milestones were met in a timely manner despite the complexities inherent in a custom build. Very calm in nature and when we encounter changes or rethinks, was always very supportive if the change or if the change did not make sense would talk through it with you. He understood my detail to the work that was being completed. He was also very conscious to the detail of work, he saw some things that I did not see he did or already had things on his list that were on mine.. • Communication & Transparency: Communication was consistently clear and transparent. We appreciated the regular updates on the project status, budget tracking, and the prompt response to our inquiries. I won’t say there were no stressful moments…any new home construction is going to have its moment sof stress, but it was not to a level of where I felt an enormous amount and regretted in who we selected to build our dream home. We worked as a team when situations came up and where we had to pivot. Actually, in many of the cases it was to the better, which made it even less stressful. • Professionalism: The entire team, including all subcontractors, maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process, which made the journey of building our dream home a positive experience. • Key Elements in the Design and look of the Home: Having Talon Home Builders and Shawn Ambrose at CAD Design working together brought together the fundamental structure of the home. Every element was well thought through from; making the house complexly handicapped accessible without losing the look, functionality and flow, quality materials and craftsman and cohesive aesthetic style and visual balance throughout the home. In conclusion, we are delighted with our new home and highly recommend Talon Home Builders to anyone seeking a builder of exceptional quality and integrity for a luxury custom home. There is not a person that walks by or a neighbor we meet that comments on how beautiful the home is, as well as the landscaping that adds that final touch to it.
