Tampa Bay Roofing Services

We have veterans, 100% disabled veterans, seniors, and ultra-seniors living in our community. It is troubling enough that many owners did not know our HOA signed an $835,000 loan to pay for Brava roof tiles and installation. It is even more troubling to now see what that money appears to have purchased: roofs that are already showing serious visible problems. Tiles are shifting, popping out, falling off, and in some areas dropping to the ground. Tape appears to be fading. Sections of the roofing system appear uneven, loose, and deteriorating before our eyes. Based on what we are seeing, this does not look like a roof system that should inspire confidence during a strong wind event or a long, heavy downpour. What our community needed was an unbiased roof inspection. We contacted Tampa Bay Roofing and asked them to come out and take a look. We learned they had previously worked in our community and were familiar with the property. Of course, what every homeowner wants to hear is, “The roof looks great and you’re good to go.” Unfortunately, that was not the conclusion. The opinion we received was essentially that the roofing system should be removed and started over. Looking at the images, it is hard to see how anyone could reasonably feel comfortable with the current condition of these roofs. Our HOA appears to believe Brava is covering these roofs for 50 years, including installation. Owners deserve clear, written answers about what is actually covered, what is not covered, who is responsible for installation defects, and why these roofs passed inspection in their current condition. If you are considering a roofing project, especially one involving Brava tiles, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection and calling Tampa Bay Roofing before allowing any crew to install something that could end up looking like what we are now seeing in our community. I have to admit when I see hundreds of these photos I don't even know which parts resemble what a roof should actually look like when properly installed. Thanks for inspecting our mess.

Many owners in our community contacted Tampa Bay Roofing as we had/have our doubts about how a nearly $1 million dollar roofing system was installed in our community. Jeff came out and had to deal with an abusive HOA member who threatened to have him arrested if he took pictures or used or ladder on the roofs (all with good reason) as our roofs were not installed correctly and they are falling off, shifting and quite frankly look like a handyman came by and did the work. Even with limited access they were able to report back with images they took and were able to determine the extent of just how imperfect an installation we have been left with. How to fix what you see here? Rip it off and start again. BTW, if our HOA had engaged Tampa Bay Roofing to do the work we wouldn't be where are today.

Had a great experience with Tampa Bay Roofing! A tree fell through my roof on a Sunday morning. They had a tree service and their representatives there quickly, and had the tree removed and the roof temporarily tarped to make my house livable. When it was time to install the new roof, they were there and finished in 6 hours!! Chris , the owner personally keeps in contact and makes sure things go smoothly. They handle everything with your insurance company, and it was a great experience! A fantastic company!!

Tampa Bay Roofing was my choice! I noticed their work from a neighbor and spoke to them. Later, I contacted 3 other companies for an estimate as I most always do. I had one estimate pretty high. The other 2 were comparable. I reviewed the products used by them. I picked Tampa Bay in the end for our rental home and was very happy with the shingles they used and the quality of work they performed. in 2026 I called them back again to do a new roof on our main home! Dallas was prompt & thorough. Listened to my wanting metal roof & difficulty with current remodel taking place with new addition. He explained in easy understandable terminology what roof would require as I had pitched & flat roofs & would need to check with manufacturer on how to best go about installing metal roof on whole house if possible. He kept in contact with me while awaiting manufacturer response & a few days later had the estimate & complete explanation of what we would need to do. I definitely will use this company because of Dallas & his honesty & follow through & him not trying to “sell” me.
