I recently hired Tekram Services for a full home remodel, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. If you’re looking for a professional, reliable, and high-quality home remodeling contractor, I highly recommend them. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication. They handled everything seamlessly — including kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, flooring installation, painting, and custom upgrades. The project was completed on time and within budget, which is rare in the remodeling industry. What truly sets Tekram Services apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction, quality construction, and premium materials. Their expertise in home renovation, interior remodeling, and modern design solutions made the entire process stress-free. Extremely disappointing experience. Communication was poor, deadlines were missed, and the overall level of professionalism left a lot to be desired. The project felt disorganized from start to finish, and I was left with the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Several commitments were made that, in my experience, were not followed through on, and I was frustrated by the lack of accountability when concerns were raised. Based on conversations I had, I also came away with concerns about how employees and payments may be handled internally, although I cannot personally verify those matters. Overall, I would not recommend this company. There are too many contractors and businesses that communicate better, operate more professionally, and stand behind their work.

We have 2 buildings and a clubhouse that has been hit by multiple hurricanes, causing severe damage in most cases. Tekram, has been on site right away to do what needed to be done to allow the owners to get back into their homes. I can attest that they listen to your needs, make recommendations, and then propose a contract that is understandable. The price always seems fair. We have questioned the bid a couple of times and asked for other bids, but Tekram was always the least expensive contractor. When I have questions, the supervisor is available as well as if I need to talk to the owner. 16 calls over 2 weeks to the office to have a few items corrected on the installation they did and not one calm back.

Awful customer service did a half done job took the money and I didn’t hear from them for 8 months when they wanted a service review after many calls and email to them
