Terry Sowell is an amazing company! Ashlie is very easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable! If you ever have any issue, Ashlie is very quick to get the crew back out to assess it. Prices are great and options to choose from are endless! Definitely recommend!

Asked for two bids, one complete and replace, the other was for an overlay over exsisting roof. Per 3 other companies and Terry Sowell estimator the roof condition was suitable for an overlay but normally doesn't recommend to do overlays eventhough the overlay would meet code requirements. I was given only one estimate the complete removal and replace of which was over $2000 more than any of the other companies bids. No brainer here. I highly recommend you shop before you buy.
They put a new roof on my house and did great work. Showed up when they were suppose to & got the job done. I appreciated how well they cleaned up also. I have small ones so I was worried about the nails, but they did a good job to make sure they got all of them up.
