Five-star experience working with The Architect Group. Professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. Their drawings were clear, detailed, and made the permitting process much smoother. Communication was solid, timelines were met, and they were always available to answer questions or make adjustments when needed. We truly enjoy working with their team and look forward to collaborating on many more projects. Highly recommend.

First time doing any sort of construction in our new home and they were amazing. Plans came back in less than a week. They offer both architecture and construction services therefore it was my one stop shop. Once plans were done construction shortly followed. We are 2 weeks into construction and I am truly amazed by the transformation.

I spoke with Sandra by phone about my project, she gave me a cost estimate by phone, on our first and only conversation. She said she wanted to see the property, gave me her cell number, and said she'll meet me there the next day as agreed. She never showed up! She sent a young guy to meet me, who he said was another architect from the company. She explained that Sandra couldn't come, because she had to meet another client at the same time! Needless to mention, I sent the guy away. I don't do business with such characters. If she couldn't keep her word at our first encounter, imagine what headache would have followed!

I won’t recommend them at all they designed my patio and it took them 3 month to get me the drawing and they kept giving me excuses and trust me they are good with excuses. They should name them self “ the excuses group” At last after I got my drawing we found few major mistakes that cost me more money, they had the trusses measurement wrong, heights wrong, roofing material wrong and I hope they calculated the load and footage right. I am not an architect engineer but just by reviewing the house drawing that I provided them I saw the dimensions on it so bottom line they don’t read or review your original plans. I won’t recommend them even to my worst enemy FYI I had to reorder the trusses and that cost money ($1250) and time 2weeks delay
