I had a very bad start with your company…I thought I had made a mistake as nothing was going right! I had many issues including the fact that I had no shingles on my roof for over 5 weeks waiting for a permit & an inspection of my repaired trusses!!! I have never heard of such a thing! Then they finally gave me some help & Carol Contreras & Pedro Rivera came into the picture. Carol actually returned calls & kept me updated almost daily with the issues that they were having. Communication is everything! She also got me the paperwork that I needed to file supplements with my insurance, etc. She is fantastic and an asset to your company!! I truly wish she was assigned to my job from the beginning! Love her! Now I don’t even know how to explain about what Pedro did! That guy is truly amazing! I have 4 houses & have worked with tons of people & companies over the years but NOBODY is like him! He is such a nice, happy guy, you just cannot stay mad! He is detail oriented, went over & above to get things done (& done correctly), and fix others mistakes & made me a satisfied customer. I hope you know what an asset he is! Here’s an example, I am going to rehire your company to install a new roof on one of my rental properties & it’s all because of Pedro! I was 100% going to sign with another company (Sunrise Roofing) & Pedro kept asking me to give you all a chance & talking about all of the good points of the GAF products & the benefits of the excellent warranty. Heck, Pedro should be a salesman! So, he got with Marcos & he was able to get me a competitive price with a good warranty & so I changed my mind. Thank you Marcos! Anyway, Pedro & Carol really turned things around for me. 180 degrees! I also want to give props to Luis & his crew. Super nice guy & talented…again, willing to go over & beyond for the customer! I definitely want him & his crew to install my new roof on my rental house. One of your contractors, Juan Ramírez was also great. He helped with so many things & did a great job. I also had a very good experience with your gutter guy Rodrigo (with Donnatto). My gutters are perfect & look so good! Very nice guy too! Highly recommend, they were chosen by my insurance to replace our roof and I see why. Great communication and great work. I have a wife and 5 kids at home and the guys working on our home were very respectful and appropriate. Carlos headed things up and he was on it. Stayed in contact with me and was on site making sure his guys were on it and let me tell you, his crew of guys really did a great job and fine finish work. If you need a roof done and especially if you have a wife and kids at home and want respectful workers, these are the guys you want.

Great work on replacing my roof due to previous wind damage, Quick and good quality work, they were in/out in one day and left the area in the same condition it was in before they got there, no scraps or trash on the ground. Be sure to speak with Brian Widmayer! Great guy will get you going from start to finish! Will refer others to them if roofing repair/gutter installation is needed.

He went above and beyond to walk us through every step and made sure we always felt supported and taken care of. Very Happy with The Dantzelr Grouo. The entire crew Pedro, Marcos and Lazaro had excellent customer service. The roof crew went above and beyond. The interior crew are second to none, very pleasant to work with. I look forward to making them an apple pie.
