Horrible experience. Roof Depot replaced my roof back in January, 2018, but for some incomprehensible reason did not filed the final paperwork with my insurance for payment. I've been patiently waiting for four whole months for them to do it. That's their job, that's how the get paid, but they didn't do it. I've never received a final invoice, a bill, an email or a letter from them regarding late payment. However, that didn't stopped them from sending me to collections to try and force to pay them immediately. You know how that goes, lawyers, threats, intimidation, etc. What kind of company doesn't do their job for four months and then tries to blame and punish their customers for it without even a warning. As far as I'm concerned their collection claim against me is without merit. If I was them I would look into my billing department first before disrespecting a customer. Also, while replacing my roof, their crew damaged the fascia in three different spots around my house. I reported that immediately to Kameron, the project manager, on the very same day they finished the job and he promised me they would take care of it, but they haven't. Once again, I've patiently waiting for four whole months for someone from Roof Depot to come out and take care of the damage, but they don't seem to be willing to get around it. Yet, they want to get paid immediately. In my experience, their customer service sucks, their quality of work is mediocre and they're not willing to back it up, and if they screw up your insurance claim they still will try to collect from you no matter what or send you to collection for no fault of your own. You've been warned.

The Roof Depot, Inc. out of Sanford, FL explained the process that was involved with the re-roofing of our home. The Roof Depot people laid out the choices of roofing materials available and the price attached to each of the alternatives. We signed a notice of intent. A representative of Roof Depot was present when the insurance company adjuster arrived to survey the claim to clear up any questions between the two companies. Construction supplies were delivered and distributed up to the work area. On the date stated, the roofing crew arrived and started the tear-off of the existing roofing material. Clean up was done on an ongoing basis, and a final clean up was conducted prior to the crew leaving for the night. Once a section of roof was stripped down to the deck, underlayment and shingle application began. Supervisory personnel observed a design fault in the construction of the roof when the house was built, and the crew was directed to correct the deficiency so as to insure the integrity of The Roof Depot's final product. We would like to extend our thanks concerning this level of knowledge and professionalism on our behalf. The insurance company is happy, Roof Depot is happy, and most important of all my wife is happy. What's not to like? Professionalism, knowledge, and experience made this an excellent job. Again our thanks to everyone involved.

Hector always goes above and beyond to take care of my clients. I have used him on several occasions his project managers and crew leaders are always there for my customers. I will continue to use Roof Depot and would highly recommend anyone looking for roof work to do the same.

Working with this company was a complete nightmare. I was promised a new roof in 6 weeks and it took all together almost a year. I wish I had the money to cancel the contract but I would have been out thousands of dollars doing that. I knew I hired the wrong company when they couldn't tarp my roof correctly to stop water from getting in. They had to come 4 times to tarp the roof. All while waiting for a new roof the mold and water damage spread in my bathroom. I had the added stress of having my old roof when Irma hit. I had to plead with them almost in tears for them to make sure that the tarps were secure to prevent further water damage to my home. My husband and I ended up on the roof trying to secure our roof as much as possible since they didn't want to. After Irma our roof had substantial damage they needed to be addressed right away. It took me several phone calls and getting Todd from channel 9 news for them to even start caring. Once the threat of a news story about their company, was there finally some progress but still I wasted countless hours having to keep up with them to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to be doing, it was like having a second full time job. They actually never finished the job I ended up paying out of pocket for a new chimney Cap because after a year they decided that they don't work on chimeys if they would have told be that sooner I would have fixed it way sooner and not wait for them.
