We had this company totally remodel. Our entire house did amazing work highly recommend went through quite a few contractors before we met. Mr. Thomas got a very good feeling from our initial meeting and the entire construction process went great. I will be giving him a call in the future for more work on different projects.

Quality Work, Professionalism, Creativity Thomas 4 Construction is currently (almost complete), building our dream home. We cannot say enough how much WE love our home. When we started the process they said that it would take about 6 months, and we can say even with the storms we had at the end of last year, they have nailed the time frame. We chose them due to comfortable conversations with Merritt, he made us feel at ease. It was a difficult decision as we lived in North Ga., and not knowing his Company and what to expect (being so far away). We would choose them over and over again. After we broke ground we were introduced to Dalton (Project Manager). He stood by us the whole time, probably even when he was unsure about our vision (we had them build a non-typical Florida home). He has made sure that we have been happy every step of the way. The communication that Dalton has provided is top notch, he makes us feel important and heard. We had Thomas Four do our remodel after hurricane Helene. I have been in the construction industry for over thirty years and can confidently say Merritt and his team are as good as it gets. Their professionalism and communication were top notch. The workmanship was impeccable and the small problems that did arise were handled quickly and without pause. We will use Thomas Four when we build our new home and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality builder.

Professional, Ethical, Amazing! We hired Thomas 4 to build our luxury custom forever home for retirement. They are amazing, ethical, professional and possess a work ethic that is second to none. This was our first time building a custom home. Merritt ascertained an excellent architect, Amy, who worked with us and she left no stone unturned. Merritt was part of the team and participated in the design to ensure we got everything we wanted. Merritt also found us a banker, Jim, who made the entire construction loan process smooth and stress free. No detail is too small. For example, I had expressed a desire to lay the cornerstone and for our handprints to be placed in the foundation. Merritt arranged for the owner of the company to teach us how to properly lay the block, which we did and of course Merritt was there the whole time and participated as well. Our handprints are in the foundation and what fun that was. The communication between us and Thomas4 was superb. Every phone call was returned and we never had to repeat ourselves due to the fact that Merritt is an excellent listener. There would be times when I would express an idea and Merritt would make it a reality. This was possible because he took the time to get to know us, our preferences and as time went on it was clear that he had developed an understanding of what we liked. The entire building process, although stressful at times, was made 100% better because Thomas4 was there every step of the way. This includes honoring the warranty. There are no adequate words to convey how fortunate we were to have Thomas4 build our home. Each and every visitor we have had is thoroughly impressed with the quality, workmanship, attention to detail and the beauty of our home. For us, there is no other builder we would even consider because Thomas4 is not just our builder, they are family.
