He was extremely patient with the many questions I had throughout the process. I asked a lot of them. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Communication was excellent the entire time. Stephanie was also great. She was very responsive and organized and helped keep everything moving smoothly with scheduling paperwork and updates. It made the whole process much easier. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of the work really shows. We installed a TPO flat roof system along with standing seam metal panels and the finished result looks amazing. The attention to detail and the clean finish around the edges and transitions really stand out. Overall the team was professional communicative and easy to work with. The project moved quickly all my questions were answered and the roof turned out great. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

While we are preparing our primary home in Pompano for sale and having known about and used Tiger Team Roofing for our rental properties in the past, we knew just who to call. When they say free estimate and roofing consultation they mean it. Alex came out and looked at the project, identified our current issues from a small leak and provided options for servicing our flat roof with a 10-year certification. Alex gave a detailed quote with several options and pricing for each. As with our prior experience with them, they have always been up front with the best options available even if that means giving customers the option not to choose the entire scope of work. Alex was great, detailed, professional and an excellent communicator before, during and after. Juan and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job that went above and beyond any expectation we had. He clearly and truly cares about his work, his customers and his employer; traits you don’t usually see in today’s world. I can and have recommended Tiger Team for any roof work anyone needs to have done. Fair pricing, excellent quality by truly trained technicians, no deposit until job is done to the customer’s satisfaction - how could you go wrong? I know my roof is good to go now! I would give them 10 stars if I could and I don’t say or write something like this very often. I would just like to spread the word when I find a great company! (Unlike giving feedback when people ask where the best happy hour spot is, I keep that to myself lol!)
