His technician did a great job on the roof repairs. Most of the repair companies i received estimates from felt that the damage was minor. His tech indicated he thought the damage was greater an he was right. Not only did they repair the damaged roof and framing but identified the cause and corrected that as well. But because he was prepared they were able to do the repair immediately. I received a "Complete" job and a great price. They are definitely on my call back list of contractors.

We hired this company 2x. The 1st was an amazing job on our front porch. The 2nd time, the owner, Dwayne Thompson (Rusty) came over and personally saw our leak problems before he sent his minions. The minions replaced our back porch roof, part of the next room's roof and the small overhang above our kitchen but they left cigarette butts on the ground and burned our siding! We called and called the owner and every time we had an appointment he cancelled it or no showed. He sent out an English speaking minion to inspect the siding. He didn't get on the roof to see it and he didn't know squat about siding. The next heavy rain after the replacement, the same spots we had on the ceiling became mini waterfalls and the ceiling tiles fell out and water ran over the windows in the other room. We sent pix to show him what happened and he never replied. WE WANT A REFUND DWAYNE as it's been a couple of months so we sent an email requesting to him either full refund or to fix the roof, interior and the siding damage. We haven't heard a peep. We tried to play nice. It's now onto the BBB.

Run from this company!! They came out to fix a roof leak 3 times and made it worse. Damage to my inside kitchen area. They refuse to return my calls. Other roofers came out and said they totally made more damage to my roof. Run !! Now I have to have a new roof put on.

I would use this company for all of my construction needs. Very professional and finished by deadline time.
