The City Home Improvement (think it's City,could be County) your company won the bid. You installed storm windows NO BODYcan open or shut these windows without a struggle. I am not the only one in this City that has these windows. I have told Amey and my Daughter have talked to her but she refused to do anything about them the purpose of being able to open windows is fresh air to come in. No such luck. They will not open or close without a struggle, men and women. I'm told by different ones, some of the parts were left off. I need to be able to get fresh air inside my house but no such luck, they will not open or close without a struggle. I am in the hospital but Amey has talked to my Daughter about it to no satisfaction. She knew this when they were installed but claimed they would loosen up. Didn't happen. We signed an agreement, I had a year so everything would be satisfactory. It's not happening. I am very disappointed in the work that was done. I'm told by my daughter their is problem in the shower. They came and patched whatever it was but coming loose again. Just want my windows installed properly so you can open and shut without a struggle. Please help me Mr. Tobler...and get fresh air to breathe. Is that to much to ask, I'm sure you were paid in full for your work....
