I have had 2 new roofs replaced by Tommie Butts. On both occasions the work was completed timely, professionally and the cost was reasonable. He takes the time to explain every aspect of the job and is very transparent about any issues he identifies during his walkthrough. One of the roofs was installed 6 years ago and I have had zero issues with it. Mr Butts has also completed some tile work for the company that I work for. We were not able to accommodate the work being completed during the week. Mr Butts was able to get his team to complete the job over weekend. The job came out perfect and we had no disruption to our business operations. I highly recommend Tommie B. Butts, Jr. Enterprises for any construction project.

They will be there from the start and after the job has been completed. The installed my roof in 2018 as well as solar powered vents. I had an issue with my insurance company and did not know where to find the documents. I contacted Tommie and his staff. They were able to reach out to my insurance company with the information and emailed it to them for me. What a life saver!!! That is what we need now days; someone who cares and they are not there just for the bottom line. It's the customer service after the sale that really counts. Keep up the awesome work Tommie. I had to get my mother’s roof replaced after Hurricane Irma and used Tommie B. Butts, Jr. Enterprises Inc as the contractor. mr. Butts and his team were very professional and caring. Mr. Butts took the extra time to ensure my elderly mother got tarp on her roof to stop the water intrusion. We also had to go back and forth with the insurance company to get the proper repairs. He assisted with following up with the insurance company to ensure my mother would have a safe place and got the repairs she so rightly paid for with her policy. I recommend the work and care they provide to their customers.
