Trinicon

I had a fantastic experience with Trinicon. They helped us when we had a slow water leak that started damaging our floor. They came out immediately with drying equipment that removed all of the moisture and we were able to repair the damage in no time. They were so helpful, professional and reasonable and I have given their name to my friends and also my father who owns an apartment complex. he was looking for a good reputable company that was more reasonable than the others around and also I always prefer to work with locally owned companies. Mr. Johns and his team are great and I am so glad I used them.

Trinicon is an outstanding organization. Jeff Alexander and Mike Nutter are an excellent team, thorough in every detail. On a smoke and water damage condominium restoration job, they gave a detailed, accurate estimate and then stayed on schedule and on budget. I live outside of Florida, and they communicated continuously with me. They were especially excellent at pointing out opportunities to update the property during the restoration. Google review Trinicon of St.Pete is a dreadful remediation company. It took them 5 months to “fix” my bathroom after bullying myself and the condo association into a contract! The work was unnecessary , an insurance scam, costing thousands of dollars. Everything about them smacks of scam! Their own employee told me he would never allow them in his home! Do yourself a favor and NEVER use Trinicon!

Company as can be seen from the BBB complaint the company does not take responsibility for anything. No itemized billing. Refuses to give documentation to show the contractors have been paid for their work. Here is a great word for them....CROOK. So after reading the owners response and yes just as the recent condo owner from St. Pete (review from last year) the trinicon in St. Pete business is a crook. Don't know who they think I am or that they have the power to try and silence my review but yes I was a customer. I did not file a complaint with the BBB, was referencing someone else's complaint that I read online that had the same issues as I did. Trinicon has NO integrity, they try to bully people and get money from the insurance company for work not performed. NOTHING I posted was inaccurate because I was a customer. TRUTH is always painful.
