Hiring Triton Restoration was the best decision I made for my hurricane flood restoration. The entire house was gutted and flood cut and needed a full restoration. I can’t say enough good things about Greg and his team. Greg’s communication and attention to detail were superior. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the restoration and was always quick to remedy any situation. He quickly gained my trust and never let me down. The General Contractor, Jose, and his crew were the hardest working I have ever seen. They were professional, respectful and timely every single day. I was impressed by the skills and efficiency in each task they completed. Always open and willing to help with any and all obstacles I threw at them. They kept the house clean and the yard was always clear of debris. In a time of such uncertainty, I am grateful to Triton and Greg for taking this restoration to the finish line with such ease.

Insurance gave the information for triton for an emergency/temporary fix and to handle all repairs for our collapsed ceiling over the weekend. I call them several times the day it happened, left messages and no call back over the weekend. I had to call a local company to help. Told my insurance co Monday about the situation and they were still persistent on me calling this company because they are preferred for repairs. When I called and finally reached someone and explained the situation and where we are located I was told that they prefer not to service the area I'm in but could possibly reach out and find a local company to come look. Why are they on any insurances preferred list if they only are a subcontractor for other companies and only service as far as Jacksonville for the state of Florida?

Greg & his team were incredible through the process of a long awaited home renovation. Greg made sure every detail was discussed and gave his professional & honest recommendations which allowed me to feel confident in him & his team before the work even began. The team was extremely trustworthy and completed the job as if it were their own home. Everyone I spoke with at Triton was friendly, kind, and most importantly, consistently communicated the status of the project and next steps. The renovation was also completed faster than the anticipated timeline which was an added bonus. After this experience, I’m excited to finally have a team that does amazing work and more importantly, a team that I can rely on to get the job done & done correctly.

Chip and Trish from Triton came out in 2023 to my home to fix major leaks in my roof and damage inside my home from it. They made me feel like family. They took so many pictures of my roof from start to finish it actually drove me crazy. However, those pictures saved us in the long run with the fight that came with our solar company. That fight just ended because of the awesome job provided by Triton and Chip and Trish. If I ever need anything with my roof and restoration, I'll be calling them again.
