Bob, the owner, provided an accurate assessment of my roof. He forthrightly stated that my situation could be better addressed by a contractor that deals with TPO roofing (for which Tropical Roofing apparently does only minor repairs). He referred me another local company capable of more extensive TPO repair.

Highly recommended!! Bob with Tropical Roofing is TOP NOTCH! He’s been out to my property on a few separate occasions to repair different leaks that have popped up over the years. His pricing is extremely fair and he does a solid and quality repair. Will absolutely use his services again if needed.

After 2 hurricanes came through last year, we lost a few shingles off the top of our roof. Soon, roofing trucks came out of the woodwork with offers to repair our roof. One company even suggested that we should get the entire roof replaced because it "wouldn't cost anything more than the deductible" (that's called insurance fraud)! Thankfully my neighbor had Bob come out to look at their roof, so I asked them to have him come see us. When he looked at our roof, he gave me a great price for fixing just what needed to be fixed and even fixed it the very same day! Quality work, great customer service and a terrific price! I would highly recommend Bob and Tropical Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs in the area.
