They replaced my roof 4 yrs ago. In Nov 2021 I noticed some water marks on my ceiling near my attic entrance. As I bring down my Christmas ornaments, I felt them wet. I contacted this company & Tyrell Harris came out to check on Nov 26, 21. He went on my roof & took some pictures to show that according to him there’s no damage to the work he’d done but pointed out a gutter that is being held down with screws. Then he went in the attic & claimed the same; no damages that he could find. That we would have to wait till the next rain storm for him to back out to see where the water was leaking from. He mentioned the gutter that the screws went thru the shingles & needed to be sealed & that’s it. I called the person whom installed the gutter, he explained it had been sealed since installed, but he’ll come out again to see. When he came back out he removed the gutter & took pictures to show it had been sealed, but resealed it again. He pointed out 2 shingles that were lifted. He also went in the attic & found an area with water damage. I forwarded all the pictures to Tyrell & he blocked my number after receiving the pictures. When I block my number the next day, he then answered & said that my warranty was voided because of the alleged screws when the water damage is not in the area where the screws are at. Tyrell became real defensive & very condescending when confronted with the fact that his agreement with me on Nov 26, 21 was to wait till the next rain storm for him to come back out to try an address the issue by 1st finding out where the problem area was. Very unreliable & not trustworthy. No good faith & extremely unprofessional by 1st blocking my number when forwarding pictures of all he claimed he didn’t find. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you’re good quality professional for your very important home repairs.

They worst contractors in Osceola county. They’re always trying to cut corners to save a dollar. They’re extremely disrespectful, they feel like they don’t have to answer any questions that you have for them. The head contractor Harris & his father feels like he doesn’t have to answer any of your questions. The most unprofessional contractors in Osceola county. I would not recommend them to anyone. They failed expectation after expectation. It got so bad that we had to bring in a mediator in just to have a civil conversation with these guys. Not to mention it took almost 7 months to get my house finished. Forgot to mention that Harris got smart with Inspector. So if he doesn’t respect the inspector, he definitely won’t respet the owner of the home. I hope these guys get shut down.

they are the crappiest company i have ever seen. they leave the job site a mess and don't come back for months. Don't hire these people, and if they do construction next to your home, TAKE PICTURES of everything cause they will break anything and refuse to fix it.

They are scam artists pure and simple. Everything they worked on had to be redone. They are an embarrassment to the trade. They are not worth your time, money or even thoughts. The only thing they deserve is bankruptcy
