Worst experience I've had with a contractor. Went through home depot to have our fence installed which led us to this company. Home depot requires payment up front. We paid with a check and were charged double for the fence install which cleared our bank account! It took quite some time to be reimbursed and was not offered any sort of discount on behalf of their mistake. The installers that came out did a great job but weren't directly affiliated with Lifetime Built. A few months after having the install, hurricane Matthew hit and damaged the fence. I called to have it repaired and was told it would be $250 for a reset and repair. Some guy came out and just pushed it back into place. Took him about maybe 45 minutes. He didn't replace any of the damaged fence boards and didn't reset anything. Just pushed it back into place. I could've done that! After a recent minor windstorm, the fence is now leaning again. If you're looking to have any work done, look elsewhere!!!
