I had Chris Bates come to assess the roof damage, we are very pleased with her as she went above and beyond to keep us update on the process. A Universal Contractor company truck (pictured below) hit my pregnant wife's car at an intersection, and did not stop and drove off. We have called the office several times about the hit and run by their company truck. The receptionist promised management would call us back, which never happened. I believe this is relevant for potential customers to be aware of because if I was hiring expensive contractors to work on my home, or especially inside my house, I would want to know they were principled or had any level of ethics. We could not get anyone from management to even speak with us regarding a hit and run in a company vehicle, to even apologize. There is no way I would trust them to operate with integrity when hired.

We recently had Universal Contracting replace our roof with a beautiful new concrete tile roof, and the entire experience was outstanding. Our project manager, Geoff Wheat, was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. He made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The crew’s workmanship was top-notch, and they kept the job site clean every day. The new roof not only looks amazing but gives us complete peace of mind knowing it was done right.
