Angel is very professional, and the workers are very detail-oriented. They helped me get the shutter installed within a week. If I need anything else installed in my backyard in the future, I would definitely hire them again.

I would not recommend this company—don’t be fooled by the 4.6-star rating. Based on this interaction, I feel those lower ones have been removed. From the start, the experience felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. The representative arrived late (although he did call to adjust the time), then sat outside on a call for several minutes before even coming to the door. When I opened it, he walked straight in without any introduction or explanation of the company—just “Where’s the kitchen?” The quote itself felt incomplete and careless. He failed to address major areas like the deteriorating ceiling and the pantry, which is central to the kitchen. When I brought these up, his response was, “I don’t make assumptions,” which didn’t make sense—those are exactly the kinds of things a professional should be proactively evaluating or asking about. When I specifically asked whether the ceiling could be raised, he initially dismissed it, claiming the A/C ducts ran through that space. After briefly checking in the garage, he realized that wasn’t the case, but by then it was clear he hadn’t taken the time to properly assess the situation before responding. When I asked for examples of past work, he told me to check Google reviews. I asked for a website, and he provided one but said he wasn’t even sure if it was still active, which didn’t inspire confidence. Throughout the visit, his tone came across as condescending and disengaged. Instead of offering ideas or guidance—which is the purpose of a consultation—he asked me for my “vision” and then sarcastically tried to define what that meant. I sat on my stool and I made it clear I was looking for expert input to maximize a small kitchen space, but that effort just wasn’t there. At one point, he brought up my credit score in a way that felt inappropriate and unnecessary, rather than simply asking how I planned to pay. The pricing also felt unreasonable—$16K for cabinets alone, plus an additional $4K just to add pantry shelving—without addressing the overall functionality or cohesion of the space. To top it off, he made a comment implying he had already expected this to be a waste of time based on a “phone call”—a call I was never even on while he was here. What could he have over heard? Only to find he meant my call to get him here. But it begs the question, why would you come if you felt that way and if you did in fact feel that way, shouldn't your initial visit evergy be different? I’ve had other estimates, and none of them went this way. Other companies were engaged, collaborative, and genuinely interested in helping bring the project to life—not just making a quick sale. Maybe this was just a bad representative, but first impressions matter, and this one left a lasting negative impression. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a company that values professionalism and customer experience. Maybe I'll post my finished kitchen in the updated review

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Angel and his team. Having dealt with bad contractors in the past, I was hesitant but decided to give him and his team a try. Together we worked on several projects which came out great.♥️😊 Below are the projects we worked on: - Aluminum Fence - car port/overhang - concrete - soffit repair - soffit vent replacement - A/C replacement - Electric panel upgrade These projects transformed my home and I am grateful for Angel’s help. If you need any work done, I highly recommend Angel and his team.

Best roof company in the market. Angel and his crew made my roof job the best so easy and smooth. From day 1 to the last step, everything so well organized and well done. We are so glad we hired Universal Group for this job. We are so pleased how everything was conducted. Universal Group is a family company and they understand you. Thanks again to Angel, his crew and his wife Wanda.
