We built a brand-new home and loved it, but there were a lot of finishes and details we wanted that weren’t available as options. We brought Urban in, and they were absolutely incredible. They took a new house and truly transformed it into our home. Their eye for detail, communication, and quality of work were all outstanding. We couldn’t recommend Urban more highly.

We contracted Urban Building Concepts for a complete renovation of our house in Mirasol (Palm Beach Gardens). From the first meeting with Adam, the owner, and his team we felt that all of our requests were properly considered and all questions answered. The contract was very detailed, reducing the risk of any confusion regarding work inside or outside the scope, and fairly priced. We found the skills of the workers and the completed work to be of the highest quality. The entire project took only three months from start to the last inspection. We also would like to highlight the professional and flexible approach to dealing with any change orders, impressive responsiveness of Adam and Krystal to our questions, and the regular oversight of the project by Eric and Shawn, the two project supervisors we worked with. We would recommend Urban Building Concepts for all project without any hesitation.
