5 stars! Eric is the man and he gets stuff done! USA fencing provided us with great fencing material and customer service. We are super pleased with the craftsmanship and quality. I encourage the public to try them for yourselves as we did and not only go by reviews! Thanks USA and thanks Eric!! Will definitely come back and recommend our clients.

Would not recommend. Used the Bradenton office a few times over the past couple of years and they've gotten worse and worse. The office staff seem to be unknowledgeable about anything. They're not proactive (no phone calls to say 'Sorry, the job install is delayed, we're waiting on _____'), and often get rude responses when I make my own follow-up calls to their nonexistent ones. I'm bounced around from person to person each time I call. I've had to call three times now- currently waiting for a refund for unused material. The response I got just a few minutes ago was, "Isn't concrete like a dollar a bag?" It's actually costing me more money to write this review, but hopefully it helps others avoid the hassles. What's interesting as well, I was reading the responses from the company to other negative reviews and the tone matches exactly the tone I hear in the Bradenton office: Defensive, accusing the customer for any issues, and acting like it's a huge hassle to make corrections to anything. On a positive note, all of their quoters (Bernard was great) and installers I've encountered have been pleasant. It's 50/50 on the work quality depending on who they send out though.

Update: Antonio installed the fence almost a week to the day later, he did a great job, he was fast, extremely polite, very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend this company. Just keep in mind they are a slow paced company, which is rather refreshing to be honest! Cristal was excellent in facilitating the appointment for my estimate! Jim was wonderful and friendly and showed up on time with a call ahead. The pricing is certainly fair and they do small repairs! I have just a few panels and posts that need replacing and other companies turned me away. I signed almost immediately and they are going to be out in less than a week. They have to wait a certain amount of days to have utilities marked or it would have been sooner! My ONLY complaint is that they do not offer digital signature for the agreements to sign! I will update once the actual repairs are done but I certainly dont anticipate any issues!

I'm repairing my chainlink fence damaged by the storms last year. I needed green vinyl posts and fittings which were readily available here at USA Fence. Eric did a marvelous job ordering parts, which arrived promptly and Ava was a big help also. Thanks To All.

LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT FENCE COMPANY AVOID THE HEADACHE AT ALL COSTS!! First, we had a date of May 15th for an estimate. NO SHOW NO CALL. After going to the office itself we set up another appointment. They came to put the fence up on Friday, June 27th left at 2:00 p.m. NO NOTIFICATION as to when they would be back. They left the pile of debris in our yard and our neighbor's yard. They came back the FOLLOWING week with no call, just showed up on Tuesday without notice to finish a job. July 8th, they put the gate up with a large gap in the fence door, the door that could not lock and in the corner a LARGE GAP on the bottom that my dogs can get out and they said there's nothing they can do about it... REALLY?? They put the fence up, and there's nothing they can do?? THIS IS A FENCE COPANY, ISN'T IT? This is what they do for a living? July 8th the guy leaves at 11:00 a.m. saying he's going for lunch and will be back with a helper to clear out the old fence debris. He NEVER CAME BACK. didn't hear from them again. We had to remove the debris from inside the yard so the dogs didn't get injured. I then call the office and leave a message about the fence door not put up properly and the hole in the fence and NEVER receive the call back. We then get a bill in the mail. We call about the two piles of debris they just left there again no call back. One day they just show up and remove the old fence. They just removed what was left outside the fence. Ignored all our calls. Not a single one was returned so calling them even showing up at their place of business. Get you nowhere. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Extremely aggravating and unprofessional with half A$$ work, this is how you run your business? No return calls to a client that isn't happy with the job. Just blows my mind, especially when they say there's nothing they can do about it. They don't care about the work they do nor their clients. We went in since no one returned our third call. We spoke to them about the huge gap in the fence gate and the hole in the corner. The woman at the desk said quality control will call us. This was Wednesday July 16th, Tuesday July 29th. Someone from quality control just showed up, without notification. Another POOR business practice, they looked at the fence and said they would be back TOMORROW, Wednesday, July 30th to fix the huge gap in the fence door. ONCE AGAIN, NO SHOW!! WHAT A SURPRISE. This company is SO UNRELIABLE AND DOES CRAPPY WORK THEN LEAVES YOU HANGING AGGRAVATED WITH NO CALL NO EMAIL NOTHINg. Just drop-ins when THEY FEEL LIKE IT. AUGUST 20TH We GO TO to the place of business and speak to the woman at the front. She asked if we called. We said yes with no response ever. So she brings us to the "Boss" he checked the schedule and said someone would come TODAY to fix the fence. Let's see what happens. This company does not answer the phone at all. They put you through voicemail that is never returned. If you need something address you have to go to the office every time? That doesn't even work because we went there multiple times and still didn't get anything done. Going didn't help at all. September 3rd we called and they transferred us to someone named Bo from quality control. September 10th still have NOT Heard from them. We call again and now the voicemail is FULL . So not only do they not care about QUALITY CONTROL or their clients, they don't even listen to their endless voicemails. October 17th after fixed it ourselves. Someone came knocking on our door. ONCE AGAIN NO PHONE CALL JUST CAME BY. You have got to be kidding me!! We started this journey in May. They started the fence in June, did a A CRAP JOB then it takes multiple phone calls not returned going there with ABSOLUTELY NO HELP and 5 MONTHS to come knocking without notice. When we were told someone from quality control was coming the next Day and that was in August then they didn't come till Oct 17th People asked about our fence after we fixed it and we told them everything they are 2 different people looking elsewhere they were very appreciative
