We had been having an issue with our Central Air Conditioner for several months and had a couple of other companies repair the issue only to have the same problem arise within a month or so. This week Mario from Vortex came out to diagnose the issue and was able to find the "root" cause of the issue; he replaced the part under the manufacturer's warranty and we now have cool air again. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and did a great job explaining what diagnostic tests he was doing, what part was the issue and what the process would be to repair. The entire repair was completed the day after we called for an appointment. We were very happy with the service provided by Vortex Construction Group, LLC - Doral, Miami, Florida.
