I had Robinson Renovation do a re-siding and addition on my house, and I am really glad I went with them. I would not use them if I was going to just do a small refresh of repainting or doing new floors spending less than $10K. I would just hire a painter and a flooring company in that situation. Since I was doing something structural, I knew that I needed a full licensed contractor to get involved. Despite all the disruptions in the supply chain currently going, the progress was steady and they were very responsive to a couple of the change orders we put in during the process. I'll say that the construction process also goes a lot better if you check in with your project manager on a weekly basis about any concerns. I was surprised how easy some fixes were to some stuff that was bothering me, but didn't really think to ask early in the process.

Overall, we were very pleased with the work done and how the whole project turned out. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice. JP was amazing—the kind of employee who makes us wonder if he is getting paid as much as he deserves. The plumber was outstanding and went well beyond the call of duty. George’s tile work was very good and it of course took him long hours to complete it. The painters were a bit sloppy. The cleaners — not good

From start to finish, Robinson's was very professional and responsive to our wishes and needs. All the workers on our project were courteous, friendly and very conscientious and highly skilled craftsmen. We are very grateful to the entire team and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result. We highly recommend them.

RRCH helped us to plan, select, and then proceed through construction/remodeling of a fairly large and broad project with beautiful results that reflect what we had desired and planned. Excellent and reliable craftspeople, and Robinson provided regular communications and updates.
