We just completed a major home renovation project with Wiggins Construction Company. I am pleased to say that we have crossed the finish line and could not be happier. We had a great experience with the Wiggins team from start to finish. They found a way to make every idea we came up with work and made a few great suggestions of their own that turned out fantastic. We did new windows, exterior doors, a new garage door, remodeled 3 bathrooms, refinished the ceilings, put in new porcelain tile throughout the house, created a new feature wall in our living room and repainted the entire interior among other projects and repairs. The outstanding craftsmanship speaks for itself but the scheduling and communication throughout the process could not have been better. Our project was done on time, on budget and with our satisfaction constantly being checked on. The Wiggins Construction team proved worthy of our trust and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a renovation project or needs a new home built.

My wife and I are retired and wanted to downsize to a smaller, easier to maintain home. Our Realtor, Tim Whalen of Coldwell Banker, took us to meet with Wiggins Construction and we couldn't be happier. Joe & Bryant are among the finest people we've ever dealt with and they produce a very high quality product. They both made some excellent suggestions as to the layout and incorporated everything we wanted (and a little more) into the home. Any questions we had or anything we brought up, they would jump right on it. It's clear that their goal is total customer satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with our new home and highly recommend Wiggins Construction!

We have built 4 houses over the years. Each with varying and increasing custom options. This being our retirement home, we wanted the best from everything we have learned. We did our homework upfront and viewed the work of a couple of builder in North Florida. We met with Bryant and Joe and discussed our dream home. Not only did they listen and work hard to make each expectation a reality, they made great suggestions to make some ideas even better. No matter what Pinterest fueled idea we asked for, no problem is the answer we got and they delivered. Their sub contractors were well managed and on time. They were as careful with our checkbook as they would be with theirs. The craftsmanship of work modeled off our homemade drawings is impeccable. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Bryant and his team are the best! They just finished our family lake house down in Interlachen and we are still amazed at the end result. Wiggins built our first home back in 2012 and they have only gotten better! So happy we came back and cant wait for our next build our other lot.
