After hail damage we needed a new roof. My insurance company was giving me a hard time so Jason agreed to speak with them, they also gave him a hard time and tried to get him to install a shingle that was less quality than the original roof that was 12 years old. Jason refused to do that and stood by me while I fought with the insurance company. Eventually we won, insurance paid to replace the roof with quality shingles. Williams Roofing did an exceptional job from start to finish. The guys were respectful, they kept my property clean, they worked hard all day and in 4 days the old was gone and the new was completed. It looks amazing!!!! I can not speak highly enough about this company!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She was so kind and patient, guiding me through the process of getting a new roof through my insurance. They worked directly with my insurance company to ensure that everything was covered, making the whole process completely stress-free for me. I never thought getting a new roof could be so easy! The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job on my new roof. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Terrible customer service They repaired a leak I had a little under (2) years ago and my roof started leaking again in the exact same spot that was repaired. I called and the owner came out and stated it had been over a year since they repaired it so it was nothing they could do. Even though it was the same spot that was repaired he told me it's like taking you car to the mechanic, once the Mechanic repairers the stater then something else goes bad then I bring it back. I told him it can be like that because my roof is leaking in the same exact spot. He NEVER OFFERED to go up and check it out to even see if it was their work or not. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY AND VERY UPSET

We had a leak that other roofing companies couldn’t fix. My neighbor recommended Williams roofing said they are the best . Jason came out and immediately pinpointed the leak. He was courteous and professional, he explained in detail what the issue was and gave me an estimate which was lower than the two roofers I paid and did NOT fix it . Jason set up an appointment for two days later to come and do the repair and we have not had a problem since we’ve had some pretty good torrential rains and not a drop!! Very happy with Williams roofing Inc. I would absolutely recommend them for any roofing needs.

A neighbor was having her roof replaced a number of years ago & was so pleased with Williams Roofing she recommended them to me when I needed my roof replaced & I had them do it. I was so impressed with the quality & professionalism of the owner & the politeness of the crew that when our HOA cabana needed a new roof I suggested them. They recently completed it & neighbors have approached board members saying what an amazing job they did. Between these jobs we’ve had shingle & metal roofs, all are GREAT!!!
