Keith Stern Roofing

I've used Keith Stern roofing twice. Once was for a repair job that was beautifully done. The second time was a total roof replacement including two skylights in December of 2020. It's been a year since the roof install and every time I see my incredible new roof, I say to myself I need to review and thank Keith Stern Roofing. Keith came out early on and helped us select the perfect and best shingle and gave us addresses to check out how that shingle and others we were considering looked on a house. A couple months later the roofing crews showed up, bright and early. Keith directed the entire install, even instructing the shingle truck how to protect overhanging oak limbs while backing up the driveway. He designed a new way of flashing certain gable/roof points where traditional flashing would not work. He redesigned and rebuilt the chimney and the cricket behind it. He repaired the existing 45-year-old chimney cap since it still worked and looked better than the new ones we were considering. His crew is excellent and have been with Keith many years They take the same approach to excellence and detail as Keith himself. They even crawled into my attic space to repair an exhaust vent that was compromised by the previous roof install 17 years ago. Unlike the usual 2-3 days installation of most roofers. Keith Stern was on my roof almost 9 days before leaving. Excellence and attention to detail takes time. Keith also recommended a gutter installer which I used and was extremely pleased with. I could go on and on about the workmanship and quality of Keith Stern Roofing. A+++ The photos posted are before the gutters were installed.

Not sure you’ll find a more detailed and honest crew in the great state of FL. Keith is keen to the details and ensure his crews put in the extra effort and care. Could not be more happy with the quality of work from Keith Stern Roofing.

Several months ago, during a severe storm, I developed a roof leak.I did not contemplate replacing my roof, so did not have the name of a roofer. I called Stern Roofing, and Keith came out, almost immediately, assessed and fixed the problem, My roof was getting old so I got a bid from Keith and 2 others for replacement. Keith's bid was in the middle but I choose him because of his reputation Reputation trumps cost. I had 12 solar panels on the roof, and Keith worked closely with my solar man and did extra work, not in our contract, to help insure a tight contact. Keith went out of his way to make me feel confident in his work. Would highly recommend

We just got our new roof installed last week. Kieth was extremely professional, reasonably priced and highly recommended throughout my town. He has been in the roofing business for a very long time and knows what he is doing and it shows! Our roof was installed within a day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Let me share our Keith Stern Roofing experience. Beyond awesome!! From Keith to his field guys to Kathy in his office the experience was A++++. Roof, fascia, rebuilt our chimney and new gutters! Yes, I know we have the same last name, we are NOT related. If you need a new roof, new gutters call them, you will not be disappointed. You will meet the face of Keith Stern Roofing, Keith himself!!!
