The company was very professional from the start. Michelle in the office was amazing and called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on. The workers were very efficient. Would definitely hire again.

I had some small issues with these guys but they seem to do a decent job on the roof from what I know. They did not do a great job on cleaning up when the job is complete. The other day it rained very hard and I noticed my gutters were not draining. Well here is why.

I had my roof installed by this company in 2015, which included a 10-year labor warranty. I first began experiencing a roof leak in 2024 and contacted the company. I spoke with representatives who said management would follow up with me regarding the issue, but I never received any return calls or emails. I was later told that someone came out in 2024, which is not accurate. No one contacted me, no one knocked on my door, and no documentation was left. I reached out again in 2025 while my warranty was still active, making multiple attempts to have someone come out and inspect the issue, but I still did not receive a response. I later received an email from a representative stating that my warranty had expired in 2025. However, I had already been trying to get assistance while the warranty was still active and was unable to get anyone to respond. In 2026, I followed up again as the leak continued and caused interior ceiling damage. I spoke with a representative and also contacted John, the original salesperson who handled my roof installation in 2015. He stated he would help and that someone would come out to inspect the issue. I was told multiple times that someone would come out, but no one has shown up. At this point, I am very frustrated. This issue began in 2024 and was reported multiple times, including while under warranty, but the lack of response, inaccurate information, and lack of follow-through has left me dealing with ongoing damage to my home. I hope the company will take responsibility and address this situation.

I engaged with Safeguard Roofing to replace my 30-year-old tile roof. From my initial contact to the sequence interactions to the end of the project, I found the staff to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable, explain the process in layman terms where I could understand as well of responsive to my questions or concerns. I was told estimate timeframes as well as who would be coming to perform the task, because there are different contractors providing services. Safeguard Roofing staff made the dots connected in a seamless procedure, this relayed a lot of my anxieties about replacing my roof.

had a leak in the roof and was panicking, but safeguard roofing inc showed up so fast. they fixed the issue perfectly and i haven't had a single problem since. honestly, it’s such a relief to have the peace of mind knowing the roof is solid now lol.
