First of all, I was contacted immediately when I made a request. The very next day an associate came to my house ( Justice) to assess the situation. Showed me what he could offer. The material that pinnacle roofing puts on the roof is extreme quality. I was very impressed. What impressed me the most was making sure that I was happy with the price. Justice did everything he could to make a deal with something I could afford to pay. We made a deal that the wife and I were both happy with and the solar panels were pulled down and a new roof was installed and the solar panels were reinstalled in less than 6 weeks. I just want to mention one more thing, the communication was top notch. I was notified through the entire process when something was going to happen. I never had to call and ask.

Well, this is gonna be a lengthy one. We like to support local business and they had great reviews on Google. Their salesman Jonathan flew the drone above the roof to see everything is ok. Next day I believe we received our quote which included "Repair decking and flashing around chimney and skylight. Includes labor and materials up to 4sheets of plywood" end quote . The job was scheduled on May 8th (Friday) . When I talked to the office I expressed my concern that they have to be here on or before 9am because I already had a meeting scheduled 11am in Daytona and I had to be on site to let the workers in to have access to the roof ( gates, etc) . 10 am on that morning still nobody showed up no phone calls! Later that afternoon around 5pm I go out to check the work and I noticed he did remove the shingles and decking around the chimney but not around the skylight. When I asked him about the skylight he was confused because he was not aware that work needs to be done around that area. So he called his manager and I called Jonathan to clear the confusion ( Side note: when asked Irwin about the skylight he expressed his opinion to do that also, that is gonna be way more work than what he prepared for ) anyways , his manager confirmed that the skylight work is also on the quote and because lack of time they will be back on Monday to do that work. I said ok . Irwin worked till almost 9pm on that Friday made sure we have everything sealed because we were expecting rain on that weekend. Alright , Monday comes I was told they gonna be here around 8 - 8:30am . Once again almost 10 am nobody showed up no phone calls . Call the office again to check when Irwin is coming to finish the job . When he got here eventually and I asked him about the delay he told me he told the office he wants to wait till the roof dries up a little bit so he can work on the roof without being slippery. Totally understandable!!! Im wondering if he can communicate that towards the office why the office cannot communicate that towards the me ? (Third communication issue!) So he came on Monday to finish the job. I also noticed that he is still not working around the skylight. When I asked I was told he looked underneath on Friday when he was replacing the decking around chimney and he did not notice any water damage on the decking. ( For some reason This information was not shared with me on Friday, but suddenly that was the case by Monday morning) Ok, I am happy why to fix something when its not necessary. Immediately called Jonathan my salesman to address this and asked him to revise my quote because the work that stated in there was not completely done!! He said ,he will talk to the manager and get back to me. Days passing by no phone calls from him so, I was let me call him ! Called multiple times, left voicemail he never called me back . After a good week or so I received an email from the office to pay the remaining of my outstanding balance. I called office again to let them know, I had no chance to talk Jonathan about the revised quote and maybe they can help me out or they have some sort of an update on the situation. The lady on the phone said he will tell Jonathan to call but the balance needs to be paid off . Next day by miracle Jonathan returned my phone call. Once again I expressed my concerns to him on the quote and also I was told they will color match the shingles!!! My wife hates the work because its a completely different color shingle that they replaced the old ones !! ( On the side note I know for a fact that the shingles I have on the roof its 10 years old and the weather discolored it When I told this to Jonathan he told me the darker charcoal shingles are more expensive. I was like "Did you guys made the effort to tell me this and give me the option to make a decision on my roof ? or you guys calling the shots about my property and curb appeal? This really pissed me off!!!!! Huge communication issue towards the customer!!! Once again nobody ever called me back ever since !!!!!! Full quote has been paid!

First I will say we love the roof and have gotten several comments from the neighbors. The reason for the 4 stars is, a 5 for completion but a 3 for communication and explanation of the process. We were told the process was precise measurements for minimal cutting of the panels. That was not the case, they ended up having to order 17 more panels to finish the job, which delayed it to more than 7 days from removing the old roof to completion. We had to initiate calls to Pinnacle to ask for information about updates on completion. 3 times we were told crew would be there in the morning, but never showed. After an explanation from the PM that metal roofs cannot continue work that is not finished until the roof is dry, it made sense but still was not communicated from the start. There were some concerns on the cuts that were made on one portion of the roof that we had to look at for 4 days and when the photos were shown and and emails sent to 3 people, there was no response on the quality. Again, after an explanation from the PM on the entire process it made sense, but simply saying "well, you won't see that, it will be covered" did not really give us any assurance or confidence in the "quality" that is promoted on the website. Overall the crews that worked the job were fantastic, the site was cleaned very well but we really felt like our project really wasn't a big one, so it took a back seat in getting completed. We have never had a metal roof and if you are thinking of getting one, make sure that you get specific explanations on how and why things are done. A 60 second video that explained some of the issues we had would go a very long way in resolving some of those unmet expectations on our part. Lesson learned.

We had an outstanding experience with Pinnacle Roofing from start to finish. Our representative, Alex, was absolutely incredible. From the first inspection to the final clean-up, he was professional, responsive, and completely on top of everything. Alex took the time to explain our options clearly and made sure there were no surprises along the way. His communication was top tier, always quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the project. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and the roof looks AMAZING. You can tell Pinnacle Roofing takes pride in their work. The job was completed on time, the clean up was spotless, and the quality exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, ask for Alex at Pinnacle Roofing. He treats your home like it’s his own. Highly recommend!

I recently had a number of roofing come to my home to give me a quote for my roof.I knew the cost would be significant but the quotes varied. Before I called Pinnacle Roofing Group I read there reviews and was impressed but based upon my interaction with various contractors I was nervous. They sent their top guy Doug G ,he was not like the others that came to my home, he walked us through the entire process from A-Z. Pinnacle was not the cheapest but this is my home and when it comes to taking care of it pays to have quality and not go cheap. I chose Pinnacle they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I will be highly recommending Doug G and Pinnacle Roofing Group to family, friends and everyone in my community. Thank you again Doug G and Pinnacle Roofing Group
